The signals are there who wants to hear them

Land and mobility to run after decades. Distance centres to acquire a less expensive land even more remote. Sharp growth of the cost of mobility, via an explosive barrel, marked the limits of the equation. The "subprime" crisis reveals a peculiar distortion in the United States: more distance from centres, over the collapse of real estate values increases. This is true in France. The decline of the land is more offset by moving economy, forcing many households for perilous balances. A free and sustainable mobility balances the right to mobility for all in the reduction of the environmental effects and sets a new public interest which must undergo urban services.
